Result out dee.....

Finally result is out already.... the heart beat is getting faster and faster when i click to TGEN... i really cant believe that my result will be like that.... i was really think i will die in this term cause it was a very very tough term to me... all the economic, marketing.. all i dunno... i even didn't finish my economic paper.... but thanks God.... God really bless me a lot, i get the best ever result since i study at taylors... i was so suprise.. thanks thanks.. and Happy~~ ^^

Italian Competition~ Dead and Revive~

On the 12/7 is the Italian Competition for me.... it was really not very good day for me... at first, i still very energetic to do my mis-en-place, clean my station..... roll my pasta dough and make my Ravioli~ but everything is went wrong when i want to cook the Ravioli, i found that my Green Ravioli is stick on the cling film even though i had sprinkle many flour..... i told myself

Ben: " never mind never mind, i gt make 3 extra, if the Ravioli break, i still got
another green one."

But the things is all my green break already and even stick to each other when i cook it... my mind is keep on thinking~ oh my god! what the Fuck~ how come like this... it never happened during my practice!!
last, i only can send out 3 green ravioli and others i use all yellow ravioli....... i was so sad.... i have no mood already....during the price giving ceremony~ i was really not in the mood when hear the best presentation not our group, the best team work is not us also...... i was looking at my teammate, cass, i say si loo..... then the announcer say.... The Overall Best Team goes to TAYLORS COLLEGE~~ oh my god~ i was laugh like hell and really unbelievable .... this is the pic...

Since the day i start my industry training, i everyday have my Little Pity breakfast at Mc Donalds... Oh my goD~ ben~ r u so slim enough to qualified to eat Mc D everyday?? omg~ i am getting fatter and fatter...... and now today, i get the McDonald's Breakfast Privilege Card, with this card, all the breakfast items are 50% off..... isn't that is a sign for me to asking me to continue to have my breakfast everyday at Mc D? what come in my mind is................ YES!!!!!~~~ hahaah tomorrow i am plaining to order one Fillet-O-Fish and one cup of hot tea~-.-""" but i don't want to get fatter.... so how? aiks....

haha as today,i got left over pasta dough then i make the fettucini my self..... and i think is i too happy or i am not concentrate in doing work... i roll too thin for my fettucini... but i still felt very proud because i can do Fresh PAsta ~~!!!! hahahah then we cook the Fresh Spinach Pasta... -.-"" why it taste like Mee POK~~~ -.-""" but the texture is nice.. ^^ hahaha then i plan to make it into dry fettucini. i put it into the oven and make it dry.... but.. i forgot to take it out in time..... so... hohoho lets have a look~~

some worries in my heart.....

todAY, I took leave again as i need to go to coll for my italian competition practice... i reached thr about 9.30am... then i set up the stove and cass and shane them taking the ingredient and we start our mis en place.... hahaha today, quite sympathy to shane because he forgot to take the savoiardi biscuits for the Tiramisu, then he went back and take ... after he came back to kitchen, we discovered that we dun have semolina flour for the pasta dough, mushroom for risotto and bla bla bla.... hahah then he was forcing by us to ride his motor to go to sunway pyramid to buy the lost ingredient....
actually, there are some worries in my heart... today the presentation for all the four course is not so nice.... and my ravioli presentation i also felt like shit... no wonder chef bala want to kill me.. -.-"" our team is not enough organization and i felt it is not better enough to taking part in competition.... competition is on this saturday... but now... i dunno what to say ..... just hope we can do it better and pls... everyone jia you.. ^^

today, i take a leave to attend my Italian competition's briefing... so now, i have my free time to update my blog... my industry training is already started one week ago... for the first week.. i feel quite enjoy the training because i learn quite a lot at Bankers Club, all the staff at there treat me quite nice... now i am in the pastry department... so, my daily work is help the Kakak ( The only pastry chef ) to plating or decorating cake or dessert. sometime, when she is free, she will teach me some recipe and ask me do also. industry training is really very tiring for me... wake up very early and come back in late.... not enough sleep.. and everyday need to rush the KTM and Monorail and become CAN SARDIN's Sardin daily.... the sardins gt white, black, big, and i am the one of the small sardin.....

Actually, this trip was held at last last Friday lo.... the organizer is me, ah ben~ hahaha my roommate who also my bro, chun beng never been to melaka, then i plan a trip to bring him to there and i also wan to eat the food over thr also. haha early morning, we take KTM to the KL sentral and meet calvin over there. then we go to melaka by bus... we had eat a lots of food thr.. playing around also... taking pic for fun..... and buy useless thing.. quite fun.... but also can say quite boring.... what is on my mind?? aiks...
