好奇心的驱使~ curiosity ~

哈哈，今天难得有多余的时间，把我的好奇心引发了。。 平常我家的两个黑人常常煮 tomato stews, 把整个家弄得香怦怦的，不是常常好不好，是每天啊~不懂为什么吃不腻的。。。 -。-“ 哈哈，今天我也学他们煮吧~！！ 把鸡肉去骨后，调味了，粘粉炸香~~拿起~~ 爆香洋葱，下番茄粒，炒包菜，加番茄糊，哈哈哈，煮了整大窝~~ 卖相不错吧~ 但。。。。。。。。 很难吃~~~而且我吃了很多，但还有整大窝~~~~~我要怎样吞下去啊~~~~~~T—T

Oh Mon Dieu~~

wow.. what a nice,cold, and sleepy morning, 8.20am, my handphone alarm woke me up, aiks... today need go to collage practice again.... and i just slept at 3am this morning because dota with eric... After all my preparation, then i started to go out and waiting for lift. who noes the lift is broken!! 4 lift at my condo, only one can use.. what the... then i still waiting for the lift coming up to my 18th floor. who knows, the lift keep on go up over 18th floor and go down without stopping at 18th floor, i just like a fool waiting at there for 4 or 5 rounds.... then i go down to 16th floor by staircase since the lift ever stop at the 16th floor, who knows, same incident happened to me again!! oh MOn dieu~~ lastly, i get to the ground floor.. so happy but full of sweat because, i walking down to the ground floor from 18th floor by staircase...... what a joke kidding to me .... hahah

Chef Claudio~ Allegro Cafe training

here come the second days training with Chef Claudio at Allegro cafe which is own by him. todays, we having fun there and learn a lot from chef. I am so impress when he can speak Malay very well. haha today, we make the pasta dough ourself but still under guild by the chef because, WE ARE NOT GOOD ENOUGH. hahaha then make the Ravioli Ricotta Spinach Filing~ Oh my GOd!! this dish is my favourite!! it is damn nice and when we you eat the ravioli with the traditional tomato sauce, it is super match and nice. Once you chew the ravioli, the ricotta spinach filling spread in your mouth and the unique taste fulfill your desire! haha then we also cook the Risotto Fragola, which is a Traditional Italian dish from Crema. this one i think okok lah only! hahaha but the unique is the rice cook with the strawberry and red wine, so u can actually feel the fruity taste when chew the rice. Today, Yip and his Girl Friend, VIvien, and Chun beng came to the Allegro Cafe having their dinner and also become our food taster. haha after we cook all the things, we serve to them and eat with them together... very nice experience. ^^

start my journey..

sometime i always ask myself that m i choosing the right course or walking into a right path? i don't know... i choose Culinary Arts as my study course, but now... i not so sure m i really work in hotel line or restaurant... or where am i going to work and where am i going to stay. Second industry training is coming soon... i feel quite worry because i need to catch up KTM and Monorail everyday.. quite tension and worry about robbery.. am i worry too much? i just need a friend who can concern me and comfort me.......
